Blog Spotlight #1: Arcare Warriewood, Music Rhythm Sessions And Fernando

Welcome to 2023!

We are excited to be working with so many wonderful facilities and residents and wished to highlight some of the programs we offer with a new facility spotlight each month!

First up for the year is Arcare Warriewood who have been running our Weekly music rhythm sessions with our team member Fernando. The staff and Fernando are enthusiastic and help conduct the residents in a wonderful "band-like" hour of sound and interaction using hand percussion, streamers and shakers.

Fernando is a talented singer and piano player with an expansive set of music to suit all resident tastes and has built a wonderful rapport with each resident over the last year.

We look forward to continued work with general care and dementia care residents at Warriewood in 2023, providing some excitement in their week and a chance to let loose and express themselves through song.
