This Month in Music Therapy: May 2021

The month of May was a busy one for the Sing Us A Song Music Team.

Anglicare are working with Sing Us A Song Music on the roll out of their wonderful individualized music playlists program. We are delighted to work with them on providing modernized tailored music playlists to each resident at all of their homes across New South Wales. We visited many facilities across NSW in May including Woonona, Forestville and Kingswood and got interview and meet all the lovely residents and staff.

Fernando enjoyed entertaining residents at St Vincents Bronte on their beautiful grand piano. Residents enjoyed the sessions and are always excited to have Fernando on friday afternoons.

Andrew provided music therapy and choir sessions across Sydney's Northern Suburbs including choir at Regis Hornsby, Dementia based music therapy at Bupa St Ives & Thompson Wahroonga House, Digital Music Therapy at Macleay Valley House & Music Therapy at Avalon House and Turramurra House.

We continue to receive increased interest in our programs and will be announcing new facilities we will be working with in the coming months.
